VRS – Vertical lowering of Containers CVS (VRS)
Hydraulically operating loading system for lowering containers vertically. (developed for vehicles of 2 to 5 axles) Containers or bodies which are 6-9 meters long, can be used. This system can be supplied with a technical carrying capacity of max. 35 tonnes.

Some advantages of the system:

The container can be set down on plain ground.
Thus it can be guaranteed that there will not be any damages when loading or unloading.
Low weight of the chassis, therefore high loading capacity.
Due to the low construction height a high loading volume and a low loading height are reached.
The chassis possibly substitutes one or several vehicles in the fleet, which means savings on vehicle tax/insurance, wearing parts, maintenance etc.

Our VRS-system is a multi-purpose transport platform, easy to handle, which is used not
only on the vehicle transport sector, but also for many other applications.
The system is suitable for trucks of 2 to 5 axles as well as for any heavy chassis.

Some advantages of the system:

The transport platform as a whole unit can be set down on plain ground.
Thus sports and racing cars as well as machines and forklifts can be loaded and unloaded at any time without being damaged.
Due to low weight of the chassis itself, the system offers high loading capacity.
Due to low construction height a high loading volume and a low loading height are reached.
Closed versions (box or tarpaulin) for exclusive automobiles (prototypes) are available.
Due to different modules (transport platform, truck body/tarpaulin, box, workshop box and many more) the system can operate in different combinations.
